My Story

My story not unlike others that found the truth in a dentist from the early 1900’s. He traveled the world to find out the secret to beautiful healthy strong cavity free milky white teeth, his name Dr. Weston Price who I owe a debt of gratitude that started me on this journey of health and wellness.
My dental health was rife with deep receding gums and transparent lower portion of my front upper teeth. Over the years I have studied the other greats like Dr. Price and can say with confidence when you get the diet correct and keep the oral cavity environment correct your dental health is a given.
I am not a doctor and give no instruction this is what I have done to improve my dental health over the years.
My journey, the foundation I lacked in my diet was the minerals that build beautiful teeth. It was not simple but today after much study trial and error it is as simple as 123 for me drink milk kefir and bone broth daily and to put my oral health in a positive environment to accept remineralization mixed and bathed in my saliva.
What I discovered as a great bonus almost as by accident is the rest of my body health started improving too and hence the name Incredible123 was born because it really was as simple as 123 for me.
